Service Subscriptions

i. All subscription services, including AI assistants and chatbots, are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing cycle.

ii. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription.

Setup Fees

i. Setup fees for our services, including X Agency for Partners and Call Catcher, are non-refundable once the service setup is complete.

ii. For services canceled before completion, a prorated refund of the setup fee may be granted, depending on the work completed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.
